These terms govern your use of this website and of Tyler Pets Productions's services. By browsing the site, submitting a form or hiring a service, you accept what is described below.

1. Acceptance of terms

This site is operated by Tylerpets LLC ("Tyler Pets Productions", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Our services

Tyler Pets Productions provides marketing and content services: social media management, media, web, audio and editorial solutions, among others. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and price of each project are defined in the proposal or contract you sign with us; that document prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

4. Quotes and payments

• Published or quoted prices may change until the proposal is formally accepted.
• Unless agreed otherwise, services are billed in advance or per the proposal schedule, and payments are non-refundable once work has started.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways; late payment may suspend service.
• Applicable taxes are the client's responsibility.

6. Electronic communications

By contacting us you agree to receive electronic communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp) and that these satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You may withdraw consent as described in section 5.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the "Tyler Pets Productions" brand, logos, text, images, video, designs and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without written permission. Project deliverables transfer to the client under the terms of the applicable contract, normally after payment in full.

8. Client content

You retain ownership of the material you give us (logos, photos, copy, accounts). By providing it you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to deliver the project and, unless you tell us otherwise in writing, to showcase the finished work in our portfolio and social media. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to that material.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, to send spam or malware, to attempt access to restricted areas, to scrape data automatically, to impersonate others or to infringe third-party rights.

10. Third-party sites

The site links to third-party platforms. We do not control their content or terms and assume no responsibility for them.

11. No guarantee of results

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to professional standards, but we do not guarantee specific business results — reach, followers, engagement, rankings or sales — because they depend on factors beyond our control, including third-party platforms and their algorithms. Published case studies and testimonials are individual experiences and are not a promise of comparable results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Pets Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, the material you provide us, or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will remain in effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any action, you agree to seek an amicable resolution by emailing info@tylerpets.com; if no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in Georgia, to whose jurisdiction both parties submit.

16. General provisions

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the applicable services agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. We may amend these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
